Google wants special treatment in IE?

I’ve read an article today on Zdnet where Steve Ballmer of Microsoft is saying that Google wants special treatment in IE. Link
"Google wants us to prompt the users to change the defaults. They want to see a list of search providers, with the No. 1 search provider listed first," said Ballmer.
If any readers can find a link to back up this claim, I’d be interested to hear it.
