Opera Mini

Simon Willison has switched me on to the excellent Opera Mini 2.0. It’s a free browser for a phone that pre-processes content on a remote server to the browser, cutting down traffic and time. It’s really quick on my Nokia 6680.
I also like the way it formats the pages, and it’s much easier to read than using my standard browser.
