Wordpress on Windows

Does anyone out there have a patch for Wordpress to fix bugs related to implementing it on Windows?
I currently have a test setup running Windows/Apache/Wordpress/MySql and Wordpress has been fine. Except I found a bug in the upload process where it doesn’t like the way that windows sets up URLs (the slashies are the wrong way around) and it corrupts the upload file name, and doesn’t load in old blog entries properly.
If it doesn’t work, I’ll just start posting some patches here.
