Milton Keynes gettting Wimax

“Milton Keynes looks set to become the first British city to get a high-speed wireless network based on so-called Wimax technology.“
All good news, except that Milton Keynes isn’t actually a city. Well, unless you count the council printing “City of Milton Keynes” on their signs.
Perhaps they should have consulted http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_status_in_the_United_Kingdom#List_of_cities first.
