Video Transcoding Question

Does anyone know a way to transcode video from Flash Video into something like mov or avi?
I’ve made a little video clip that shows new Wordpress users how to write a post. I made the video using the excellent Wink which can generate as Flash video. The problem is that in order to put the video onto a sharing service like Google Video or YouTube, I need it in .avi or .mov (I’ll let them pick up the bandwidth cost).
Any solutions?

I remember reading about a tool to do something like this somewhere, probably on a blog. Only problem is can’t remember at all where that was…
