Google Custom Search Engines

Google have launched a service today that allows users to create their own search engine based on a list of sites that they specify.
I was trying to think of some uses for this - for people interested in politics, they could search all their sources. For people who are geeks, they could search a number of tech sites.
Personally, I’ve done one that searches the pc suppliers I use to allow me to see who sells a particular product. Try it if you like.

I was thinking it could be perfect for topics that attract a lot of internet garbage. For instance, you could make an engine to search recognized, legitimate medical sources, and deliver search results that weren’t clogged up with "amazing breakthrough herbal FREE TRIAL OFFER!!!"s.
