Archer’s Brewery in Administration
Archers, the Swindon-based brewer, has gone into administration after “running into cash flow problems”.
I hope this all works out. If you’ve never tried Archers beers, they’re excellent, with a reputation amongst beer folk.
In my opinion, the finest beer in the range is Golden, a hoppy, light coloured beer that is wonderful for lazy summer afternoons in the sun. It’s also deceptively strong at 4.7%.
