Royal Festival Hall Opens

The BBC has an odd story about the re-opening of the Royal Festival Hall.
It’s all very normal, what renovations have been done, who’s re-opening it and so forth. Then, the BBC has a really bizarre feedback question that is unrelated to any debate in the article and stands out like that "I’ll get me coat" man from The Fast Show:-
