Talking during the webchat, the Henley MP said he “would have an online referendum in London about whether to give boroughs back the power to give discretion over smoking to pubs and clubs.”
Wouldn’t that be about as pointless as all those “Nuclear Free” borough signs in the 80s?

He then retracted all that, and has since come out as a bansturbator who would ban drinking on the Tube.
