A TUC study of almost 3m adults also suggested that bullying was more prevalent in public sector jobs.
Specifically, it’s about double, according to the report.
TUC general secretary Brendan Barber said: “This level of bullying at work is completely unacceptable.”
So, presumably, the unions will stop making such a big fuss when someone suggests privatising parts of the public sector?

If I may suggest one explanation for prevalence of bullying in public sector …er … might it be because they’ve got bugger all else to do all day long?
(ditto the fact that absenteeism, early retirement etc is twice as high in the public as in the private sector)
